alright let's get it back on topic.
I predict a close game that we win
Sorry.

I think we will win this game, but it's going to be close. I'm also going to be able to watch this game on a real tv, instead of a stream, so I should be able to keep up with the game thread this week.

I think we win this game easily tbh, I don’t think baker is ready for this heat, as much as I’m a baker fan, and in the future he’s gonna ream our asses, I don’t think he’s ready for this kinda defense. I’m expecting a blowout.

And if the browns get a first down, our season is over

This game is a classic trap game. I don't have the stats but I would love to know how we fared coming off big and emotional wins before. I'm betting they're not real good. So, this game can be a tough outing especially considering how talented the Browns are this year.

the titans are sneakily loaded in young explosive talent on both sides of the ball

on offence they have matt lafleur being creative schematically
corey davis looks like an elite number 1 wr
jonnu smith looks like delanie walker lite
taywan taylor is a nice complementary piece who takes the top off
taylor lewan, jack conklin
derrick henry but maybe even more importantly given their passing attack: dion lewis
marcus mariota has been playing well despite the injuries

on defence
jurell casey is looking like fletcher cox out there
harold landry has been awesome (easily one of the top 10 rookies so far in the pros)
derrick morgan and brian orakpo are solid edge defenders with noses for the football
wesley woodyard is a premier run-stuffing linebacker
rashaan evans looks like he's a real talent after having his progress slowed by a hamstring injury
kevin byard is an all-pro safety
logan ryan, malcom butler and adoree jackson are all fairly solid corners
kenny vaccaro has come in and made an impact replacing jonathan cyprien

this titans team is really well coached and the roster is really well balanced with lots of talent
I like what the Titans have done, they are going to get better with experience as the season moves along. Teams better not sleep on the Titans.

Tbh Baker is scaring me more than Ben. Ben is trash this season and Baker has made huge plays with the ability to pull off wonders at the worst possible time... The Browns have always played us close and Baker may very well be the difference that gives them the advantage in the end.

that's all true and as ravens fans we've become conditioned to seeing trap games literally everywhere but ill point to this:

objectively no matter how scared we are of facing other teams, we might be one of the top 3/4 teams in the NFL in terms of scariness for other teams to face - we have the number 1 passing defence and its not even close and on top of that we are getting not just a starting cb but a bona fide number 1 lockdown corner back into the lineup and we have currently a top 5 scoring offence and defence and a top 10 offence in yards which is about to add a number 1 pick to its receiving corps...

as scared and worried as we are - i dont think there's a team in the nfl except for the rams that would expect to be heavy favourites against us in any game at the moment

so while we shouldnt take other teams lightly let's not lose the perspective that other teams are going to have to work equally (if not more) hard to beat us

Baker is sure to give us Atleast 2 balls and we need to score Atleast field goals but likely tds off of it. Not on the turnover naturally but any yards gained on those r huge. I never understood why teams don’t pratice retiring picks a ton as it seems every single one is called back to an illegal block. It’s far easier to score with brady and 5 300 pound guys being only ones in front

We generally return picks pretty well. Jefferson would have had a TD this past game if Judon didn't take a dumb penalty.

EDIT: I'm an idiot. Was actually referring to the Peanut INT against the Broncos in which Judon got the penalty that called it back. (I'm still not as dumb as Judon on that play though)

Everyone said the same thing about Keenum. Baker isn’t sure to give us anything.

Wait but he basically did give us 2. The pick in the red zone and then he totally got stripped and Suggs recovered, but I’m fine with how they called it cause they really did more good
