OMFG. The world we live in is getting unbearable...…. If someone crys foul about this in the media I will lose my shit.
Stfu. You're just confirming to the patriarchal BULLSHIT set up by the white man. They're ruining everything.

All seriousness I agree.

Boykin's tape, when you see him run down from behind: when you go back to the catch, you notice that Boykin had returned to the ball to make the catch. So Boykin was running away from the goal, came to a complete stop to make the catch, and then had to re-accelerate to gain yards-after-catch. Meanwhile the defender was usually up to full speed already when Boykin caught the ball. I think Boykin's runs after catch on tape may actually be more impressive than they seem.

So I've started the tape reevealuation process for prospects. Brown's was easy, Boykin's was easy.

Ferguson is a different case. Does he flash the traits to be a good player? Yes. I think a lot of his issues come from coaching. Even though he's stiff (sometimes), he flashes enough uses of hand swipes and a competent inside-counter move. He doesn't have a spin move, but he's got hand swipes, he has A dip(even if it doesn't always show up on film), he's got the swipe and rip, and he knows how to use his long arms. There's a lot to like with this guy? Is he a complete guy who's going to be elite? No. Does he need coaching? Yes. But is freaking out over drafting unwarranted? HELL YES. HE GOT DRAFTED IN THE THIRD ROUND.

Unlike Correa, Bowser, Za'Darius Smith, this guy has tools we can work with. He's not raw like ahi-tuna, but he's a little undercooked. What he needs more than anything is good coaching. He has a foundation unlike those other guys.

Don't pick on my Ahi-Tuna and I'd say Ferguson is seared to medium rare anyway. You don't want ahi-tuna more than seared unless it's sushi.

I agree that Ferguson is difficult. In some ways I think it is difficult for me to be entirely objective concerning him and I find myself projecting positively ......I think, if at least partially because he's a Raven if I'm being thoroughly up front.

His evaluation takes a lot of re- watch for me

What I think is key with ferguson is not whether or not he develops more and becomes refined, Its whether or not his physical style is quality enough to win that way in the nfl. I actually think he’s more refined than the masses give him credit for, with his method of winning you honestly couldn’t ask for THAT MUCH more from him, he’s a handsy physical rusher with good hand counters. What really matters is: does he bring enough raw power with that brute force bullrush and rip move to translate to the nfl? If he can physically kick the shit out of tackles with brute force like he did in college, he’s gonna be good, but if those bulrush attempts get stonewalled than no amount of development will save him.

What the fuck are you doing, getting out of pocket? Get back in character! There are levels to this.

Considering a lot of Ferguson's combine measurable indicate that his strength is anything but average, I have a lot of confidence in that.

I'm working on the rookie rundown right now. I think if anything that will translate more than anything.
