Is it just me, or does it "seem" like the Ravens vs Steelers 1st game of the season is always in Baltimore....and then....they have to travel to Pittsburgh later in the season for their 2nd game; which normally comes with playoff implications? If so, when will the Steelers travel to Baltimore late in the season for their 2nd game on the schedule in order to face the Ravens with playoff implications on the line? Just wondering....

ii know we were jet lagged. we did play two pretty bad teams openin the year. cincy gave green bay a game but still looked pretty putred.

Brandon Williams needs to play and we need runnin yards so hope alex colins gets a lot of carries. still my biggest fear is our secondary. it really hasn't looked good at any point and not sure we have the bodies back there we need. we made blake bortles look like an all pro. I thought he played as well as I've ever seen him including takin a little steam off his dump offs. but we sure made him look all pro. now pressuring big has ben would help are secondary tremendous. if we can get 5 sacks are secondary should be good back there. a pic or two with those five sacks and we will win.

Right?!?! I remember our season finale would end in Cincy in 5 of the last 6 seasons. Notice how we never play the Steelers in week 17.

That would ruin NBC's effort of having a NFC East Game on the SNF Flex Spot for Week 17 lol. If we played them in week 17, that would be the SNF Flex game every year we played the Steelers in week 17 due to how close the division battle is every year.

Also is it me or is that always in Primetime and then our game in Baltimore is a 1PM game EVERY TIME? I think the last time we played the Steelers in Primetime in Baltimore was that Thanksgiving game in 2013 where we won.

So I know the Nfl never wants to put a very important game in week 17, usually they happen in 16. If a playoff team wants to rest starters for a meaningless week 17 = awful ratings. Idk why but I like playing Pitt on prime time more. (Although both should be prime time, but instead we get the Seahawks Colts on Sunday Night UGH) All respect to the bank, Ketchup field is awesome with the towels in the darkness.

I know this has been hyped quite a bit but the way the Ravens have to win Sunday is through Alex Collins.

I don't think Terrence Williams is better than Jeremy Maclin or Mike Wallace at all, I can't buy into that. Dez isn't the guy that he used to be either, outside of his TD pass he was underwhelming pulling him 2 catches for 12 yards. What I noticed both QBs do is put the ball where it needs to be and accurately place passes, well timed and didn't let OL play effect them much. Carson Palmer stayed poised in the pocket and let plays develop and got the ball to his receivers. Larry Fitzgerald is great, make no mistake but outside of him no one else was impressive to me. JJ Nelson was held catch-less and Jaron Brown, their next guy up finished with 27 yards and a TD. Arizona's OL was atrocious and most notably their RT could legit be take most of the blame for the loss. I think we can me a legit argument that their OL is worse than ours.

What Palmer did was a great example of what the Ravens need from Joe, stay poised and calm in the pocket, obviously he needs some pressure off of him but for what he's getting paid more should be expected of him, at the same time, the Marty needs to scheme his receivers open and make things easier for Joe because apparently he's still working himself back from that injury. Even at that, Joe doesn't get a single pass from me, he's thrown a pick in 9 straight games which is a record, let's be honest here, that bad, really bad. I really want Joe to do great, I don't want us to have to look for a QB but if his interception trend continues along with poor offense than I believe it's the route we're going to take regardless of his cap number.
The streak is horrible, let's hope that ends this Sunday
