respectfully... it has been shown to greatly reduce transmission - the viral load is much lower in vaccinated people which both reduces their potential to pass on the virus, get bad symptoms and even contract it in the first place...

and the problem with people declining the vaccine is that it doesnt just impact them personally but it massively impacts the wellbeing of the wider herd... the more vaccinated people the more protected the rest of a population is - and there are those who cannot take the vaccine for various medical or religious reasons...

im not gonna force you to change your mind because i doubt i could even if i really wanted to/tried

but i will check you on this point...
the vaccine absolutely went through proper testing - but because we're in a pandemic and almost unlimited money was spent on the development the process was able to be massively accelerated vs other vaccines simply because they had both unlimited money and thousands of willing volunteers for human trials

they didnt skip any phases of trials or anything - and then all the data has to be analysed by each individual country's approval body (of which the US has one of the toughest) and accepted in order for the vaccine to be rolled out...

the only place really where the vaccine has been in anyway experimental was in my country where they extended the period between doses with only limited data about the impact of extending that period...

so do with that information what you will - but the idea that the vaccines havent gone through proper testing or approval processes is inaccurate

I have a feeling with the new receiver additions that Lamar is going to improve greatly in the passing game.
I really like these new receiver and passing specialist coaches. They are going to make a HUGE difference this year and will get a lot of
credit for us winning the Super Bowl this year.

i know i go on and on about it - but the ravens moves in the WR room this offseason have all been fantastic...

bringing in Dubb and Tee was amazing - a complete surprise but instantly enthusing when it was announced
bringing in sammy to complement hollywood (juju would have been a nice add too if we'd got him - not so much of a fan of TY though)
and then Bateman was THE guy - just made too much sense
Tylan Wallace was the bonus on top - i didnt see the 2nd round buzz on him and he was one of the guys who constantly wavered between 3rd and 4th round for me in grades-terms - but it's rare you get guys with that kind of tape and tenacity in the 4th round - and with how he competes and blocks, i'll be surprised if he doesnt factor on special teams

I have to agree. I was skeptical at first, but Hollywood, Bateman and Sammy have all looked phenomenal so far. Hope it continues once the pads come on. I think Lamar could have another MVP type season, especially if the passing concepts evolve

im so excited - if the OL holds up, i think this group of weapons has the pedigree to be up there with the best groups of skill position players the ravens have ever had:

3 1st round picks at WR, a pro bowl TE and a nice 1-2 punch at RB

he had a great year with Dak Prescott in Dak's rookie year - genuinely looked like the best (or up there with the best) slot receivers in the NFL that year - sort of disappeared a bit from that level until this year

i wasnt aware he was an asshole until i saw some bills fans talking about him earlier this year - and you know someone's an asshole when their own fans are calling it out lol

I’ll also add that even though his running ability does help open up passing lanes you otherwise wouldn’t have, it doesn’t matter. Doesn’t matter how it’s done, the end result is that he’s a top of the top cold weather Qb
