If Marlon is done so am I.I just want it to be next season. Obviously with everyone in the norths schedule we aren't out by any means, but we legitimately dont have a chance at winning anything.

It has kinda been like that for a while but we had the magic to somehow overcome. At a certain point, magic won't be enough. we reached that point today
He is in fact done. It’s been confirmed. I had a feeling today was the day the wheels started to fall off, even though I somewhat agree with someone earlier who said it started with Miami. I just want this season to be over

As sad as this statement is, it might be better for Lamar Jacksons brain to not make the playoffs rather than get beat the fuck up and sent off first round again.

Well coach... that's on you to coach him to throw it away. He does this every week, he waits in the pocket all day and just takes sacks for no reason.

I mean, practically everything around him at the snap SUCKS. I’m torn between being pissed at Lamar and totally understanding that his need to win makes him try to make something out of nothing. If he threw the ball away every time we think he should, he’d be throwing the ball away nearly every snap lol. We need our olive FIXED and our RBs back. It’s all shit.

I think something big has to change, because this offense is broken on a fundamental level. Right now the first thought is a new play caller, because Roman just can not adjust to make the most out of what we do have.

Idk the guys on the field matter most and they just aren’t very good. Out side of Lamar, Andrews , and Hollywood this offense lacks quality.

I know injuries are part of the game but dang our team has to be leading the league in guys on IR.

I'm still trying to figure out how the NFL thought it was good idea to expand the season by one game, adding an extra playoff game and NOT expand the 53 man rosters. I get the calls up and the practice squad rules and what not, but teams and players were already worn down by Week 17. It's crazy how the NFLPA didn't even try to lobby for a 57 or 58 man roster with expanded gameday rosters to compensate for the extra game, or at the least figure out how to make a second bye week work.

I thought Freeman played well today.

2013 O line was the worst ever, much worse than this year. RR bulked up and checked out. It was so frustrating to watch him just fall down even before contact. His head was up his a$$.

Freeman did look pretty good today. Looked decisive.

I'd probably agree it was worse but not sure how much of this is because of how teams have to play Lamar.

Ray was bulking for a heavyweight title match...

He won

We have Hollywood, Andrews, Watkins, Bateman, Duvernay, we have the playmakers for a good passing game but for some reason we can't get a good passing game going. That is a lot of talent for us to have very low results, an Andy Reid or Sean Payton would have found ways to utilize them and spread out defenses. Like someone said, Roman needs to stick to the run game and let someone else work on the passing game.

And why the hell can't we ever have nice things? Does anyone remember the last player we signed that wasn't immediately injured after?

Oh. But Roman said he’s keeping some plays “in the vault”. Fuck outta here.

I do agree with the expanded rosters but we had these injuries BEFORE the season even started. Plus, this isn't even week 18.

Man this seems to be the issue every year though. We got Bateman and he looks promising yet we don't involve him in the game plan. Watkins still has speed even though he has the dropsies at times. I'm getting more frustrated as I watch and analyze other teams (playing fantasy) and realize yes our players are not great but the play calling is not helping. Like others have mentioned it seems the game plan both on O and D are not adjusted or formed for the players we are fielding but the players we were supposed to field and are now on IR.

Chiefs offense have been awful for the past month or two, they had a great game against the Raiders but have you seen them outside of that? They've had problems of their own and struggling against Denver right now.

I think Roman has his issues for sure but I don't think you replace him, he can't control the abomination of the OL neither can he control the injuries that this team suffers from.

I thought I was the only one who thought this. Signed Pitta, Webb, and Monroe to extensions and they cannot stay healthy to save their lives. That plus Tony Jefferson and Earl Thomas that turned out to be bust of a signing alongside Eric Weddle who played great year 1 but massively declined after that.

Lol we said same thing but in different words.
