Bowers will have to wait two more years.sucks for will anderson and brock bowers that they have to wait another year to be eligible because both these guys are legit ready right now but have to spend another year in college before they're allowed to transition to the pros

Hard to believe but he's a true freshman.
What about scholarships? Too much money involved for that to work.that's wild - makes the rules on eligibility even dumber because he's 20 years old already and he's clearly ready for the NFL now too
should be an age minimum not a years in college minimum lol
like will anderson could opt out of 2022 and just start training for the pros now - obviously it helps that alabama's full of NFL coaches and high quality training so there's no question he plays again (especially after losing the championship game) but if he played for a different college you could make a pretty great case that he probably gets more out of his development not playing college football and just training with specialist coaches specifically for the pros

Future 2026 or 2027 1st Overall Pick?
I hate all this moving around from conference to conference and have since it started. I understand why teams do it, money and prestige/competition, etc. But still aggravating to me. Pac 12 already not the best sports conference and this will just make them less so. I mean USC at Ohio State as a conference game maybe! Just blows my mind lol.
I agree. I think the jumping around is bullshit. Making college ball less interesting in my opinion.
Notre Dame makes so much money from NBC to show their games, I don't see them getting away from that anytime soon. They are so annoying on how they pride themselves on being an independent also.i think this is probably the start of a major restructure - basically the NCAA will have to do what these teams want or they'll just break away and do their own thing and take basically all the prestigious teams with them
the idea of these super conferences is interesting... if they actually play each other - it's a bit meaningless if they end up with these super conferences but some of the teams only face each other once or twice a decade
i know notre dame values their independence but i think they and clemson (and some of these other teams) are gonna have to join one of these super conferences (SEC or B1G) or they'll get left behind

1. Anything that embarrasses or makes the NCAA look bad has been rightfully earned. One of the worst run organizations you'll ever see, and they have no real power.i think this is probably the start of a major restructure - basically the NCAA will have to do what these teams want or they'll just break away and do their own thing and take basically all the prestigious teams with them

The CFP Board has approved a 12 team Playoff to begin in 2026.
