Next Up: @ New Orleans

lisfranc would be the season

Sounds like, in the presser, Harbs said it’s a decision he has to make. Probably meaning let it heal and try to play on it or get the season-ending surgery now.

Harbs probably doesn’t wanna announce the extent of the injury before trade deadline. Don’t wanna sound desperate in trade talks.

But thats my glass half-empty mindset nowadays when it comes to ravens and injuries

Why announce this now? Doesn't that drive up the price if teams know we are desperate?

Either we already have a deal in place and just waiting to announce it day of trade deadline (NFL loves storylines).. or we ain’t trading for one lol

I'm going with we're not trading for anyone let alone a WR. EDC knows he's gonna need to draft well once Lamar is signed and picks are king when you need to draft well. So no WR incoming. Probably no one incoming.

Man wish we had a healthy #1 WR right about now. Damn shame Bateman got hurt. This team would be looking real good with Bateman, Dobbins, and Andrews. SMH.

Eh it does not matter right now. The Ravens have 3 opponents before December: Saints, Panthers, and Jaguars. Then they open December against the Broncos. They can take their time and get healthy because the schedule between now and years end is sort of a cake walk.

no game is a cake walk.

If the Ravens cannot easily beat these teams they do not belong anywhere near the playoffs. 2/3 of the opponents are 2 of the worst teams in by far the worst division with the Panthers in tank mode and the Saints wishing they could be in tank mode. Meanwhile the Broncos game is going to be low scoring no matter what. You could give the Ravens Waddle and Hill and the game will still be low scoring and the Broncos are a team that might also be entering tank mode in the next couple weeks with a washed up QB who was overrated before being washed up.

I understand and agree, but nothing has been easy this year, but I do believe this Roquan Smith signing will be huge for us, especially coming into next season. I do believe he will be wearing the green dot next season.

ever since losing Moseley. Big fan of this move and he's still just 25 yrs old and in his prime.
This defense has so much potential to be a flat out dominant defense. Maybe not this year but next year if they can keep building on the pass rush, find a #2 and slot CB then this defense has all the makings to be a memorable one. I'm all for putting more resources into the defense and OL. We need to be committed to building a NASTY front 7 and OL. I'm big on picking a DL in this upcoming draft.

DL is a top of the priority list. Would depend on how the draft works out and who's available. WR, DL, OL, CB and rb would be my order depending on Peters situation.

And anyone find it weird we haven't drafted bigger frame wrs who might be more helpful run blocking?
