The offensive players around Lamar will still be the same and at the moment they are not good enough. With a few exceptions.

Eric DeCosta has a huge hand in how this offense has sputtered . It starts with him. I don't like Talking about anybody being fired From their job but He should be held accountable For the poor performance of this offense and the product on the field.

It's time for a rebuild and that means coach Harbaugh Will be a head coach somewhere else.

The offensive coordinator Should also be held accountable And I'm sure that if Harbaugh goes, he goes with him.

I'm inclined to think that mike McDonald Should be given a chance to develop but I suppose that decision Would be up to the incoming Coach

I used to think very highly of the head coach In Arizona But as a play designer and offensive coordinator. He might be An interesting Coordinator here if he loses his job in Arizona

There is a large core of talent both sides of the ball. I would be upset if this is the outcome, but it wouldn't surprise me. It honestly seems like a real possibility

The fact we have so much talent on both sides of the ball, we definitely shouldn't be giving up double digit 4th quarter leads and making the same mistakes week in, week out. All of that falls back on to the coaches, I mean a delay of game AFTER a timeout in multiple games this season? What are we doing during those timeouts? Constantly getting to the line with no time for Lamar to read a defense, him clapping his hands in order to get the ball snapped before a delay of game penalty. We need a new voice in the locker room, Harbaugh just isn't cutting it anymore for us. Sure, he'll get hired within a instant by another team but this team badly needs a new voice, let alone a voice coming from an offensive minded Head Coach who can make the most of Lamar and what he does.

As for EDC, he's to blame for the roster construction this year and deserves some of the heat for not doing enough to give Lamar weapons. Over the last couple years, we have missed out on the following receivers in trades in hopes of a draft pick panning out.....

- Browns gave up a 5th & swapped 6th round picks for Amari Cooper. Your telling me we couldn't have out bid them by giving Dallas one of our many fourth rounders?

- Cardinals gave a 2024 6th & 2025 7th in exchange for Robby Anderson. Like come on now... seriously? We couldn't have offered the same.

- Hopkins traded only for a 2020 2nd, RB David Johnson & 4th round pick in 2021.

- Diggs traded for a 1st in 2020...... Ok, we wouldn't have outbid Buffalo who had a higher first but still.

- We tried to trade for Hopkins but the league turned down the trade for some reason
- and yes we wouldn't have outbid buffalo, but should have drafted Diggs back in 2015.

It starts and ends with Harbs. It doesn’t matter if we get rid of GRo. Harbs hires his coordinators. Every one of them sucks, with the only exception of Kubiak… and even then, rumors were that that wasn’t Harb’s pick. Harbs just gonna pick someone like Willie Taggart or somebody off his old eagles team he’s friends with. We need to clean house

Wait hold up, I've never heard of this. The League turned this down? I remember the trade we tried making with the Saints or it was a three way trade with another team and the NFL said no. I never knew we almost had Hopkins but the NFL stopped it.
