Perriman will be fine. If anything this would open up the offense more. I think the oline will be fine as long as everyone stays healthy and develops chemistry. Plus with a balanced attack should neutralize some pass rush and having more weapons would mean flacco wont have to hold onto the ball as long.It is. But I don't want to hinder the development of Breshad at this point. I'd rather save some money, sign Boldin, and explore Austin Pastzor.

Edelman, Cooks, Amendola, Gronk, Allen, Hogan...If the Patriots can have Edleman and Brandin Cooks, then we can have both Maclin and Decker.
And Mitchell is a good player too. They are absolutely loaded.Edelman, Cooks, Amendola, Gronk, Allen, Hogan...
I just hope we don't minimize his receptions that's all. He needs them.Perriman will be fine. If anything this would open up the offense more. Our oline was fine vs pass rushers. When stanley was healthy. It was the running game that struggled and that made our offense predictable. Im not too worried about it especially when we want to focus on a more balanced attack. That tires out a pass rush. Plus our defense will be able to get off the feild much faster this season.I just hope we don't minimize his receptions that's all. He needs them.
I don't think so. Having Maclin will actually help out a lot though because he will go deep on occasion(even if he does so much more) and defenses will have to bring a four man rush(which sadly we probably cannot stop) to try and stop us sometimes.
Getting both Decker and Maclin would be huge though. Maclin, Wallace, and Perriman can all take the top off and open up the underneath stuff for a possession WR like Decker.
I'd love for us to make a move for a guard or tackle but I really think the well is dry. There's a league-wide shortage of quality linemen and the teams that have them, keep them.I was cold on both players but started to warm towards Decker before JMac signed, both are older with injury question marks, but I'm ok with either as they both bring a different element.
Does anyone think we'll make a play for Decker now? personally I'd like to see us trade for a guard or tackle.

I think we're serious about Decker. As I said, I think we're all in.
This is my issue, as much as it sounds great to have Decker as well, only so many passes to go around and at best BP would be number 4 on the depth chart unless he can beat out Wallace somehow. I want to see him get over 100 targetsIt is. But I don't want to hinder the development of Breshad at this point. I'd rather save some money, sign Boldin, and explore Austin Pastzor.
money wise I think it'd the only way it could work anywaysIf we get Decker I think we have to move Wallace, wasn't he disgruntled at some point last year about the lack of passes?
I think he was, but you have to think whether he'd get over it if he was part of a "dream team" putting up big numbers. It's one thing to not get targets because other guys are hot. It's quite another thing when you don't get targets and the offense is anemic. I think you look past it if the numbers go up.If we get Decker I think we have to move Wallace, wasn't he disgruntled at some point last year about the lack of passes?
