Vegas seems to agree Bills -2.5, Ravens -10 (which IMO is too big a number)

I'm stunned by what I'm seeing on the odds makers pages. It is like they think the Bengals are not even going to show up, which I can't believe. On the straight win, the moneyline is -430 or higher for the Ravens, basically saying we have an 80% chance to win.

That's insane. I hope they are right.

I agree that's too big a number but remember home vs away and home is worth 2.5-3 so they are giving Bills 5 and Ravens 7 which isn't that big a difference.

I know players have said the playoffs started for them a few weeks ago but I think this is actually treated like a playoff game we should take care of business

Harbaugh is complaing about the game being moved. Saying it won't allow our fans to come as most are preparing for New Years parties and stuff.

He seemed pissed off in his presser and he has ever since the Steelers game but he had a point people may have plans some seats may not be as full

nope, they won't rest their starters.

Doug Marrone confirmed it.

“Make no mistake about it so there’s not a lot of talk about it during the week: We’re going to play to win and we’re going to do everything possible to win this game, period,” Marrone said, via the Florida Times-Union. “I’m not even thinking about what happens beyond that. That’s the way we’re going to go about our business this week.”

They need something to fall back on after that ugly loss to San Fransisco. Beating a division rival hoping for a playoff birth could be the boost they need.

It would also be completely unfair to the teams fighting titans for that last playoff spot

Yeah but I think resting players might be looked down upon for this week. They got into a huge spill in the sidelines and probably want to take their anger out on Tennessee. Not to mention they need their defense to let it rip after getting embarrassed by Jimmy G.

Well Deion Sanders changed his tune when on a call with Suggs saying that the Ravens can beat anyone in the AFC. Though after the Colts game Deion said we couldn’t even beat the Chiefs. What an asshole.

Also a lot of teams actually sometimes hate the week off with the bye weeks because a lot of the time the teams come out 'rusty' when other teams have been playing every week. If the Jags rested after getting beat by the 49ers and had basically a 'bye week', there is a possibility of them coming out flat. Better to try to get some momentum under their feet. Make no mistake though if they go up two scores they will rest their starters.

Oh let them! All I care about is that insurance policy of a Titans loss.
