Haha - no steelers Christmas game - objectively wtf are the schedule makers thinking - that game has been prime time gold 2 years in a row

That 4 game stretch into the bye is nasty but we also come out of the bye with only 2 divisional games remaining both at home

But let’s be real this schedule was gonna look tough pretty much no matter what order the games were in - our schedule was loaded this year so we’re just going to have to be a good team

Time to look over the rest of the league's schedules to see how we did not get a home prime time game.

I’m really fucking pissed about week 16 Chargers. Living in la, I was finally going to get to see a game. Of course I leave on the 22nd for visiting family. Christ. And how the fuck do we not have a home prime time? And no Monday night football how the fuck

Delay it, they will understand jk. That sucks though, maybe you could fly to KC?

That’s a possibility but it’ll depend on how hard my finals are that week. I’ll be on break end of sept and have family in Cleveland. The game at pitt might be possible.

Chargers and chiefs are always hot to end the year so that sucks. Of course we get the Saints off the bye. Lack of pt games pissed me off

Meanwhile the Steelers get back to back prime time games in weeks 3 & 4, MNF aginast the Bucs and then Sunday Night against us. Then once again Thursday Night Football against the Panthers and in Jacksonville for Sunday Night Football right after.

Maybe because we're not as attractive as we'd like to think after failing to make playoffs three years in a row?

MNF and primetime are usually reserved for good teams and there were a gang of complaints of the quality of games last year.

And tbf the steelers were box office last year and the year before in big games so they’re always gonna be a big prime time draw even if they weren’t a big market

As a U.K. viewer though I’m actually pleased we haven’t got much primetime because those games start very late over here

Honestly the schedule is about as good as it could be in terms of order. Ravens get Steelers early when Smith will likely be healthiest so AB will be a non factor like he always is when Jimmy plays. On the road at Cinci week 2 is hard but Cinci will be bad again so its not as huge a test and with home against Denver week 3 the worst case is 2-1 but I could see another 3-0 start. Cleveland will find a way to be the Browns and I figure a split with Pitt coupled with a sweep of other 2 division opponents lends the record to not be as bad as it could be.

Give me 10-6 to 11-5 because I do not see 3 of those games ending as a win and 1 of the Pitt games is a loss and they will drop 1 or 2 of the 3 games I have marked as 50-50
