Idk, he doesn't look comfortable, but then again hard to judge because this year there was no pocket long enough for him to get set.
Well you said it, there was no pocket, can’t be a pocket passer with no pocket lol. He was SLANGIN early on, nerves wear thin after you take so many sacks I guess.

which admittedly some of those sacks were on him (albeit he's also very adept at saving his OL from sacks too so...)
but the constant pressures were not
Yeah he definitely ran himself right into a lot of sacks, dude gets way too locked in on making a play, he’s got eyes downfield while the pockets collapsing right in front of him and he climbs himself right into sacks. For me it’s probably the most frustrating thing he does.

it’s Lamar though man, he’s the number one neutralizer in the league, the dude just needs a realistic chance and he’s liable to take over any game, until Lamar is retired I’m gonna take the bad with the good.

it looked like he started to take the checkdown and the short pass before he got injured but the sample size was too small to really draw a trend out of it and confirm that he was actually looking for it and it wasnt just a quirk of the situations

it must also be said though that some of his best plays have been when he's climbed up in a crumbling pocket - but it does make trusting your interior linemen in pass pro important

and the other thing about taking those sacks is that, unlike past ravens teams with flacco, i have many times had confidence that lamar can overcome getting behind the chains from sacks and penalties - as long as his ball security's good then i dont mind him taking the occasional extra sack as long as situationally he's not taking points off the board on 3rd down

Can’t believe I’m saying this but I’m actually pulling for the Bengals to reach(not win) the Super Bowl. If it’s not the Ravens, I want some new blood in there. Pulling for the Bucs or Cards on the NFC Side

I felt some way after the loss but really don't have a problem with the Bengals. Respect Burrow and think they're going to be a real problem for us for years. Their offense will present problems for any team in the playoffs if the OL holds up.

i like everything about them except the fact they're the bengals - i wish them all sorts of future success in the regular seasons moving forwards because the division's always great when there's rivalries but im absolutely not rooting for them to win a single playoff game ever

the annual bengals first round playoff loss was one of my favourite 2010s traditions

But which big country? We’ve got 2 on the roster lol
I only acknowledge one as his inevitable greatness will yield massive dividends.

Eric Weddle signed by the Rams at age 37

A retired player's dream come true right there. Hang out all season and sign to a contender for a 4 game stretch where you already know the system and get a shot at a ring without all of the wear and tear. It's a smart move.

Here"s a random thought. Turned on the tv the other day (public service in Sweden) and there is a documentary on medical cannabis. Lo and behold who shows up almost immediately if not the Raven own ex-LT Mary Jane Monroe who left football to make a career out of his real passion - cannabis
