Why were they allowed to show replays for 2-3 minutes before Kitchens threw the flag? Surely it's either a case of the refs ask for it to be reviewed or they get on with the game and Kitchens has a limited amount of time to throw the challenge flag?

its a turnover on downs so its a change of possession which often means they go to tv timeout etc. so there's normally time to review before the next snap - i guess that's what happened...
