I love how people are applauding the Colts FO for not taking back the money they're owed by Luck when they were the ones that ruined him in the first place.

To be fair, after ruining him asking him to give the money back would have been heartless. So this is them doing the right thing and allowing Luck to keep his money for how poorly they treated him.

Coach Jay Gruden has announced that Case Keenum will be the Redskins starter for Week one against the Eagles.

Also Bengals HC Zac Taylor announced that undrafted WR Damion Willis will start in place of AJ Green against the Seahawks in week one. Trey Hopkins will start at Center, and fourth round pick Michael Jordan will start at LG for the Bengals. 1st Round Pick in 2018 Billy Price will be on the bench after starting all 10 games he played as a rookie.

Dolphins have released veteran S TJ McDonald and told starting Safety Reshad Jones that he will not be traded this year.

Dolphins in pursuit of Clowney but Texans want Laremy Tunsil as part of the trade and Miami is jot trading Tunsil. Clowney prefers to be traded to Seattle or Philadelphia.

There are 5 teams in trade talks with the Texans to try to land Clowney. Dolphins believe they are the favorites to land him while the Jets, Redskins, Eagles & Seahawks are also inquiring about Clowney. Texans need a LT and Trent Williams isn't showing up anytime soon, so it makes sense for the Redskins to do a player swap and some picks. Clowney & Sweat would be a devastating pass rush duo, and apparently the Redskins are trying to trade Josh Doctson and the Texans are looking for a WR too. Makes too much sense not to do the deal with the Redskins.

the ball's in clowney's court though - he basically gets to pick which team he's going to because he doesnt have to sign his franchise tag until he gets what he wants in terms of trade location

Melvin Gordon will have company when week one begins. Jerry Jones confirmed that Ezekiel Elliott could miss regular seasons games with no deal in sight.

The answer would be the same. No, however If I'm the Dolphins the answer would be yes.

The one caveat for the Dolphins is the answer would only be yes if Clowney agrees to a contract prior to the trade.
