They out here playing Madden. The question becomes, will Tua or Justin Herbert want anything to do with being drafted by Miami? By the time they become competitive, they are going to have to give whatever QB they draft a big contract and even then, they would have wasted the first four or five years of his career waiting to be competitive. This isn't Seattle with Wilson on a rookie contract or even us with Lamar on his rookie contract right now. This is the opposite of what your suppposed to do with a first round QB on a rookie contract. Pull an Eli and avoid Miami whoever they draft.

depends on how they use him, but their current slot corner, Mike Hilton, also is terrible.

I think the trade also underscores the faith the Steelers have in Ben Roethlisberger.

I believe the 16m is if he is still injured at the beginning of the league year in March.

Another thing to consider. The Steelers now don't have a 1st round pick (Minkah) or a 3rd round pick (Bush) in the 2020 draft.
