According to the Miami Herald, the charges stem from a "high-speed car chase" on the night of March 12. Walton was allegedly shot in the back with a Taser after fleeing on foot, but he removed the prongs and vanished. He surrendered to police on Thursday. Walton was also popped for marijuana possession in January and allegedly got into an altercation with a neighbor in February. Both incidents resulted in misdemeanor charges. The 2018 fourth-round pick will likely be cut in the near future.
