Signings, Cuts, Trades

Man that Henry to Baltimore tweet within the next few days finna hit like crack

I'd like to see Henry or Aaron Jones be added. That being said, I will remain steadfast that I think this team does not make a move of any real significance if at all this year.

You can't give up 2nd rd picks and to sign expensive players every year. I don't see any way Ravens give up a 1st-3rd this deadline.
A first? Probably not. I think EDC wouldn't hesitate at all to land an impact player with a day 2 pick. Especially if we're signing long term.

The Surtain discussion I think is crazy talk, mostly because there's zero indication the Broncos are even entertaining shopping him, and they'd want likely multiple first rounders for him. Don't think that's in EDCs bag to pull that off.

Secondary is already playing lights out anyways. If they are going to make room for a big defensive contract it absolutely must be Mads.

Possibly. Your entire depth in the secondary will be UFAs next year (Stone, Darby, RYS) and Stephens will be in a contract year.
Queen obviously is a UFA, as is OBJ.

I'm not saying they shouldn't prioritize Justin, because they probably should. But there is a shit ton of mid-tier players on this roster and depth players that are UFAs next year. And large contracts eat into the ability to have more depth and sign more mid-tier guys.

Ravens are extremely proficient and producing 3rd safeties out of nothing and finding vet 3rd/4th corners off the street. Stephens extension might be in the cards and they already drafted PQ's successor. Mads is unique, he's the only wrecker up front. Urban/Washington are lunch pailers and Jones hasn't shown much.

But point taken, we'll be sweating the $$$ on D this offseason, all the more reason we'll be keeping those top picks.

I can see us getting a cb! I wouldnt be surprised if we trade bateman also

Think safety would make more sense with Hamilton being able to play slot and doubt we trade Bateman. Don't see the team trading for OL since they need time to gel and Suh would make sense as a depth piece. Think he'd fit in perfectly. Rb would make sense as well.

which is why voidable yrs contracts may be in play atleast the next couple years for certain contracts.
