Shouldn't Bruce announced this back in Feb? This coming out of nowhere a month before the Draft is strange. Todd Bowels now becomes Head Coach... interesting.
 
Didn't Todd Bowels turn down a couple jobs this offseason or not do any interviews? It does make me wonder if this was the plan all along and waiting until all the hiring was done so they could transition Todd into the Head Coaching role easier.

If it's health related, I do wonder why he would take a front office position with Tampa instead of taking a year or two off before doing a FO position. So Brady's back.... Bruce's out and Todd is in.
 
He rather set Bowles up for success than add to his resume for 1 more year. That’s dope.

 
Sounds like this was the plan all along and the timing had to do with something rule related to the NFL meetings taking place this week.
