im surprised by just how effective some of the rookie corners have been so far - horn looked awesome pre-injury, surtain looks great, asante samuel looks great

and I liked all of those guys. Of course I don't think anyone didn't like them. Liked their dads also.
 
Don’t know if it’s been posted on here or not, but Derek Wolfe has been placed on IR
 
Watching the highlights around the NFL it seems that a common trend among good teams is being able to say they are using "former Ravens TE..." as an offensive weapon.

If we though judon was gonna be a scrub, we were kidding ourselves. That man is a legit football player, he just gets frustrating at times. I imagine he’s gonna hit a slump eventually, as he’s always been one to do, very hot and cold streaky player
 
It pisses me off thinking about what Hollywood’s and lamars stats would look like right now if those balls were caught last week, these guys have been on fire
 
Well a nice fact is that Sammy Watkins has double the yards Juju has. Maybe it wasn't the best decision to stay to maximise his next contract after all?

Look I'm not gonna be petty and be upset at JuJu for not wanting to play here, but it is clear that his whole personality was that of someone who is very young with a lot of stardom. SELFISH. Thinking about yards, thinking about his next contract etc. It's obviously ok to do that. He hasn't really gotten "paid" in terms of the NFL as in that big second contract.

Now Sammy on the other hand has been nothing, but selfless, mature, a leader, a good player and certainly at the right price! I'm not sure there was actually a better fit for us than him. Truthfully, without him I'm not sure we win any if those games except for maybe Denver. He's been a BIG asset. Not sure we can keep him around, but would love 1 more year of Sammy.

Sammy has been better than expected. Seems like a good leader and a steadying presence. The big knock was staying healthy(although I’m not sure that’s legit), hopefully he can play all year.

Totally agree. Interesting that many of us on this board were pissed we didn't draft JuJu and took Bowser instead. Now I'm glad we have Bowser over JuJu. Yes there were other great players available on the board at that time, but that isn't part of my statement.
