If he's lost weight, it's not a ton. Those arms are still MASSIVE.

But, we have to remember people think he retired, so they're considering that in how they view the picture. If Madubuike had confirmed he's playing next season, people would applaud how he's staying jacked and looks happy and ready to get back to work.

Also he has a neck injury, regardless of if he's retired or not he can't lift heavy weights, and it's not exactly easy to keep 100 EXTRA pounds of muscle on without working out and eating from a team nutritionist daily.

+ if anything maybe being a little slimmer helps his muscles / nerves heal and recover. People don't realize how dragging carrying extra weight is on all points of your body

Ravens (Panthers):
2009: 9-7 and made playoffs (8-8 and missed playoffs)
2010: 12-4 and made playoffs (2-14 and missed playoffs)
2011: 12-4 and made playoffs (6-10 and missed playoffs)
2012: 10-6 and made playoffs (7-9 and missed playoffs)
2013: 8-8 and missed playoffs (12-4 and made playoffs)
2014: 10-6 and made playoffs (7-8-1 and made playoffs)
2015: 5-11 and missed playoffs (15-1 and made playoffs)
2016: 8-8 and missed playoffs (6-10 and missed playoffs)

Moral of the story? Seems that our success in the regular season is damn near dependent on how the Panthers are doing based on this data. Of course, it's ridiculous to really think that, but it's something I've noticed since the 2013 season.

When was the last time anyone's seen a Ravens fan argue in favour of keeping Harbaugh? For me, it's been weeks since I've seen anyone anywhere defend him when the criticism is flying. It seems to be at, or close to, 100% of Ravens that think it's time yet it hasn't made its way to the stadium in any noticeable way.

Is it just that no one believes that Stevie Biscuits has the interest/motiviation to start a new coach search?

Yeah we have this weird trend with them. I wonder what will happen when we play them next year.

This is also the deepest the Chiefs have been under .500 since...2021. So 2021 was Rams vs Bengals in the Super Bowl, 2025 is Rams vs..... ???

So it’s not a slam dunk decision at this second (emphasising that) because the team is still fighting. I don’t see players rolling over and unmotivated. That’s his only saving grace

The reason we should get rid of him comes down to whether you believe his message is getting or is now old. It happens to the best of them.

I won’t be surprised if Harbaugh is here next year and won’t be surprised if he walks away. I don’t think we will see some of these coaches and players again. Monken and possibly Orr are both potentially gone. If we fail to make the playoffs and somehow Harbaugh doesn’t leave his coordinators are certainly toast.

When you say "made its way to the stadium"... what does that mean?

If it means that Steve doesn't hear it, I guarantee he does. It was just never reasonable for fans to actually expect a mid-season firing, because it never achieves anything other than getting a slightly quicker jump start on the next hiring cycle. There's no "mid season turnaround" with in-season firings. I think the time is coming to fire John, and like every other reasonable person, I think it'll happen in the second week of January.

If I'm misunderstanding, and it means fans in the stadium are still supporting a team that has a HC they want to fire, my response would be... no shit. Fans are hypocrites. 99% of the fans, including myself, who spend free time bitching about the team, post up on Sunday's to watch or attend games all the same. The bitching is the action, not the actual action that brings actual change.

And this is unrelated to you, but since you brought Steve up, I get a real laugh at out certain media and fan types who think Steve being a "hands off" owner is somehow a bad thing. It's a great thing. He steps in when there's an actual reason to. He's not a "football guy". He doesn't know how to evaluate players. So why would I want him doing it? I'm sure there are some, but I can't list any owners of any pro sports teams who are "hands on" into the day to day management of the franchise and that franchise has any long term success of any kind. Most of the time, it's a fucking train wreck organization.

I will never chant nothing like that but i understand why people do it! The money isnt specifically payed to chant against someone, its to go out there and support a team youve been a fan of for 20+ yrs.

Booing or cheering for people to get fired is a far stretch from "supporting" in my eyes. But that's also why smarter fans have realized the in-home experience is much better and why teams are building larger stadiums with less seating capacity.

You buy a ticket to watch your team not to have a chance at yelling to fire a coach but that's about the only way of expressing a frustration with a badly coached team. Maybe you're not aware but there's an emotional investment in supporting a team, too.

There's at least a dozen other ways to express frustration. They're not the only people frustrated, and others seemed to have figured out how to display it through other means than yelling at people.

I'm not trying to get them to be emotionally stable. I'm just trying to get them to have the self-awareness to understand they're douchebags and that booing strangers in a public setting is the pinnacle of their pathetic lives. And that nothing they say or do will change anything about what they're witnessing.
 
Why does Harbaugh repeat the same thing over and over? Does he also realize he's the Head Coach and can make change happen... right? Saying Hopkins needs to be involved more... well yeah no duh but do something about it then. It's like when he would be asked why a RB didn't get carries and it's... "We need to get so and so more carries."
