A lot of people criticize the Texans for the decision to pay Brock. There’s no getting around it. It’s one thing if the move wasn't made in hindsight but it was because everyone thought the deal was asinine.Brock was young and was starting for the first time, on the uptick as in teams thought he was the future.
Nobody thinks joe is the future. Cutler and glennon still to this day make no fucking sense what so ever lol, like I can not fathom it at all, and I just can’t reasonably expect that a team would do that again.
Flacco is better than those guys, but I just can’t see it happening. Lessons had to have been learned somewhere along the line. That’s why I’m saying a third and not a second
As far as Glennon and Cutler go, it made no sense, correct but that’s how the NFL is and nothing is going to change that, especially now. People will pay a high price for a QB and if I can recall Tyrod Taylor got the Bills a 3rd round pick in a trade. Is there any argument to make there?
No lesson is going to be learned, people are going to bang their heads on a wall until they find a QB and Joe will have a hot market for a team that’s a QB away from contending.
