Its not that lol.. lsu actually produce good cbs and so does fsu.. im talking about the 1st and 2nd rnders.. the ones that gets all the buzz on how good theyre but soon as they get into the nfl, shit looks different.. similar to USC qbs. Sam darnold was and is terrible to me.. people had him going number 1 while i thought he was the worst. its not to say USC will always produce terrible qbs cause they did have carson palmer who had a decent but inconsistent career but all im trying to say is that its no coincidence that all bama cbs have been the same nick saban had been there. I have no fav college team. I dont cheer for any college team unless im betting on them. I like allen and payne from bama. Ridley too.

i think the thing that is really impressive with the scheme is that it was destructive even with alex smith at qb

the pre-snap motion thing was the thing that struck me too - how much pre-snap motion do you ever see the ravens use... we ironically see it most when lamar's on the field and mixed in with the RPOs we run with Jackson on the field its crazy how much more effective our running game is

Me personally, if the db doesnt have good ball skills i dont like him. Without ball skills you wont become an elite cb. Only reason why im not a big fan of marlon. As we all seen marlon usually plays some nice cvg. For the most part he is in good position to make the play but he just never gets his head around in time. idk if its ball awarness, instincts, anticipating throws or what but for me i look past those cbs if they lack that shit.. thats not something you can just learn in the offseason or just one season. People here said ramsey didnt have ball skills at fsu lol but all of a sudden he does his rookie yr with jags like its that easy lol.

Ramsey had jack shit for ball skills as FSU and it’s easy to see.

The thing is, which you remain fucking oblivious to, is that IT CAN BE LEARNED. Jimmy and talib are 2 examples of guys who couldn’t turn their head for shit to play the ball, and then suddenly they could. You keep saying it can’t be learned, when it’s been proven that it can. Why do you keep saying objectively false shit as if it’s fact and then shove it down everyone’s throats repeatedly? You’re given concrete examples of why you’re wrong, everyone sees you’re wrong, then 2 months later the subject comes back up and you rinse and repeat.

I personally think Ramsey's ball skills are more athletic than anything else, but who else has FSU produced besides Jalen and Derwin? I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure many here wanted Ramsey. I know I did.

im talking about 1st rnd talent. Both rhodes and ramsey have lived up to their expectations. Derwin is good but its to early for me to judge him.
