Hes 31 and its a dangerous sport, he should be happy and get his money because the minute he falls off a cliff he'll be discarded like trash.
And all he had to do was get through training camp and play one game to get 30 million. Now he's only getting 9 million.

They wouldnt have cut him, he'd probably have ended up traded somewhere he didnt want to be or a 34yo free agent in 2022. He facilitated his move to the Pats while hes still in his prime.p

Dear TMZ, uncover any tampering and spoil the Patriots season and make the NFL hand out suspensions to the Patriots organization, players who may have been involved and had contact with AB setting this whole thing up. Thanks Lebron and DeMarcus Cousins, now you messing up the NFL now because of your childish antics.

He is talented enough to pull it off. For too long the teams have had too much power. 4-5 years they can have you cheap then tag you twice. The average career is 3 years. I can't really say I fault him for taking control.
It’s all good til the players see this going down right before the new CBA and they vote some stuff in to take all the teams powers, and mess around and turn this into the NBA with players forming super teams.

Would you really like it if players were conspiring to eliminate all the parity in the nfl, with like a pat mahomes being potentially the next great qb acting like lebron and demanding players get traded for and stirring the pot if they don’t..

I don’t want this kind of thing encouraged in the nfl, the beauty of this league is any given Sunday, this isn't college ball where it’s designed for winning teams to keep winning, or the nba where players run the league by basically saying “im a superstar so gimme wtf I want”

*Anthony Davis* who all just so happen to be on an episode together of The Shop.

Players always moved in the NBA. I honestly think there is more team loyalty in the NFL and some franchises... looking at you Refskins deserve it. Plenty of players stick it out on teams that dont deserve them. Also, football players and basketball players for the most part have a different mentality in that aspect.

The last CBA was more team friendly than player friendly and they're starting to take notice, its not ideal for teams and fans but we're not the ones out there putting our necks on the line.

If the league really wanted parity in the league they would need to reduce the freedom to choose a new team in free agency by implimenting a waiver wire for contract offers, if X player accepts a contract in free agency every team with a worse record gets a chance to take on that contract or pass, starting with the worst team. That would take away the disparity between big and small markets.

The cap alone prevents true super teams. Besides, the most successful team of the last two decades have continually snubbed their noses at big name free agents. And every attempt at a super team has ended in disaster.

Its easy enough to plan without collusion, just get kicked off the team and see who offers the most attractive one year contract

Well at the end of the day he should be suspended for breaking California's Wiretapping laws when he illegally recorded a phone conversation with Jon Gruden without Gruden's consent. If charged for this, he would face 16 months to three years in jail. So karma is going to come and get him no matter what.

It would be hilarious if they got him for that. Raiders should pursue this.

Gruden would have to pursue charges. I seriously doubt any of that happens.

Three years lol
