The Random Thought Thread

Shaq Barrett has more sacks than 10 NFL teams.

I didn't know he was born in Bmore.
Wanted him pretty badly for the Ravens in free agency. I always thought he was underrated due to being behind Ware/Chubb and Miller. I don't know that his production is sustainable long term, but he's really putting on a clinic.

yep, there were a bunch of us that wanted him in FA.

how many stars did he go for in the forum mock? i remember it being a hell of a lot lol
It definitely was a ton. Not sure

Edit: Barrett went for 28 stars in a bidoff against me and I won. I paid 28 stars

Barrett has had 9 sacks, 3 forced fumbles, 25 pressures and 1 interception

Shaquille Barrett only received a 4m contract and becomes an ufa in 2020. He should be a target if if he isn't locked up by the Bucs and that's probably going to happen. I can't imagine them letting him go.

Earl Thomas said he and Brandon Williams have cleared the air and have no issues going forward. “I just wanted him out there,” Thomas said.

If that’s not a one year wonder, then I’d pay any goddamn dollar figure for that. THAT is what we need. Big FA money at a pass rusher, draft for ol, cb, and more edge.

He was worth atleast what Flowers got. Damn. I also don't expect his numbers to continue at that pace or else he's going to break 25 sacks.

Watched last night 'Football Life", John Randle.

I would like player like him on our D line but they don't make them like that anymore. Holly shit, what a player he was.

This is interesting...

The drop kick that the Ravens used against the Chiefs is illegal. The NFL looked at it and they said that it's not a drop kick. What Baltimore did is not considered a drop kick because you have to kick it simultaneously as it hits the ground.
