I don't think Stanley comes back today. I think the minute Sharpe was elevated from the PS, Stanley was out. I'm fine with it if they have figured out how to contain Von Miller's rush without a viable left tackle. I just want Stanley to come back when he feels like he can and the team feels like he can. I would rather have a great Stanley for 12 weeks and the playoffs than not at all.

I agree. I think Ricard will help neutralize Miller. I doubt with this weather, we chance Stanley today and I amfine with that.

If they find out this year or next that he’s not the guy they have 3 or 4 years to eat the massive dead cap, where in the normal contract you would have an out in a year or two, and the reason I still doubt fully guaranteed contracts will ever be the norm.

under the current CBA, guaranteed contracts will not become the norm.

Don’t know if it’s been reported here, but tomorrow at 3:30 there will be a player retirement presser. Tony Lombardi confirmed it over on RSR forums.

i wonder why the announcement would have been today and not always tomorrow...

on the active roster it can only be boyle...

otherwise jimmy, mcphee, brandon williams

or one of the injured veterans like ja'wuan james, kyle fuller or steven means who've all had a reoccurrence of a significant injury
