In house replacement would be Urban. For people brought in Reich would be a top candidate. Maybe someone from the Eagles or Chief's staff.

Feel like we need to take a look at:

- Brian Johnson from the Eagles
- Joe Brady from the Bills and former OC of the Rhule Panthers

If we want tried and true then Reich makes sense and Harbs does love that coaching tree

If we want completely left-field then
- Brennan Marion (pass game coordinator and WR coach at Texas)

Obviously loads more guys across the spectrum that we’d take a look at including interviewing the in-house guys like Tee Martin and Urban

But I think Johnson, Brady and Marion are the guys who’d excite me - who are realistic options vs OCs who won’t take lateral moves to be OC here

We played imo precisely two good teams. The entire year. The Bills and Bengals. No other team we played was worth a damn. Not pushovers or bottom feeders but honestly straight up irrelevant teams. The division was weak AF this year too.

All that being said and we have 5 losses with 2 weeks to go. This team under better circumstances was capable of completing steamrolling all 17 games.

Now we're begging just to see Lamar again and not have to watch any more Tyler Huntley. Knowing good and well if we don't get the 5 seed specifically, we're not going to win a playoff game.
