Joe Flacco

And to be clear, no one really wants Flacco to fail (well, MOST people don't).

If Flacco plays well, that means the Ravens do well. If the Ravens do well, that means wins. If the Ravens win, that means playoffs, Playoffs means January Joe. January Joe means potential Super Bowl.

All of us want a Super Bowl, right? We know damn well Joe is capable of winning one and we know how well he's played in the playoffs from 2010-2014.

I want nothing more than for Joe to do well because that means that the Ravens will do well and that is what we want more than anything as fans. If someone points out Joe's poor play, they aren't trolling you or being a hater. We just know that this franchise has potential and Joe is not doing his part at the moment and I expect accountability from each and every position.

I asked this in the Fire Marty thread or at least made this a point, but we heavily criticize Marty, and I can agree that the situation play calling is off, the lack of play action is a tad annoying, and the lack of manufactured touches in space on screens and such to Maclin is a bit annoying, but...

When people say Marty his handcuffing Joe, has anyone actually watched the All-22 to confirm the play calling? Just because Joe doesn't throw deep does not mean that there were not deep routes run in the same way that just because Joe doesn't throw to a receiver doesn't mean that there weren't open receivers.
When you call a billion runs in a row, throw mainly only on 3rd and long and ignore PA completely - that is the OC. I have seen Joe audible a few times into a run, but not very often.

Joe's been quick to use the checkdown option more this season and not sure if that is a coverage issue or the O line is giving out or a combination of both. But, Marty's situational play calling is horrid. So is his red zone offense. Not to mention his 2 minute drill. Ever since he got here our 2 minute drill looks like we've got lead in our boots and the plays are beyond predictable.

All the talk is over. Game time vs. the Vikings is upon us. Here we go! So, let's see it Flacco and company. So, ya'll been working hard on...as Harbs love to say; "Getting Better" huh? Well, let's see....

And.....just what I already knew......NOTHING! The offense has absolutely NOTHING! Trash!!

This should be Flacoo’s last season starting . I know we are missing receivers but this guy is done .

Stick a fork in him and draft a Qb in 2018

We can all argue about whose fault this ugliness on offense is but after this game, I not only won't support Flacco (already think he's playing like shit for 2 years) but am thinking of joining @Sami84 's Flacco haters club as vice president.

Total lack of at least trying at the end has done it for me. He can go fuck himself.

I'm starting to consider it based on the bolded statement. I was beyond furious with the lack of urgency in the waning minutes.

I mean I know Carr is better, has better team around him and we just few days ago watched them go the field length in 3 plays. Run to the fucking scrimmage line and try! We know you won't make it but at least pretend you care.

But, but, but....... Super Bowl run five years ago :brickwall:

This has been an issue since 2015 (if not earlier than that). I still remember how lethargic we looked like in the waning minutes at SF. Like seriously, I'm jumping up from my couch saying HURRY THE FUCK UP!

Last season, I had some patience left with this offense last season after our week 7 matchup against the team that just choked a 14 point lead against the Dolphins. This time around? I lost all patience with this offense starting with Flacco.

The extension is what killed us. The lack of TRUE investment in the O line. Sorry but Alex Lewis is no saviour.
We are rebuilding. Start with the O line next year. Cut flacco the following year and start over at QB.

Are you talking about when an olineman had a false start causing a 10sec run off and then jensen started a fight with Joseph after boyles catch wasting 10 seconds?

Harbs chewed jensen out after the game

Definitely need to start scouting qbs Id we haven’t already as a fo. That being said, even if we draft one in 2018, Flacco will start atleast one more year.
