Week 5 Discussion (Other Teams)

goff looked pretty good on that last drive if it werent for that cooper kupp drop

also i think im the most hyped ive been yet for a primetime game tonight with KC and Houston - i genuinely didnt think that would be the case before the season started

I see I missed a good week of football. Out in California for 3 weeks and adjusting to the west coast time. Well at least I don't feel as bad losing to the Jaguars seeing they did the same thing to them that they did to us. We just have to make sure the Bears don't do what they did to the Steelers and come out with the win against Chicago. Thinking the Giants are going to end up drafting a new QB next year, and boy what a tight race in the first to 0-16 race.

sneakily and under everyone's noses, the AFC North now might have the worst collective qb play in a division in the league: AFC South is better, AFC West is better, NFC South is better, NFC North is better, NFC East is better, and its pretty close now with the AFC East and the NFC West

but either way its at best the 6th out of 8 divisions for qbs

Oh here we go with the "What's wrong in Pittsburgh" bullshit, how about give credit to the Jags defense who looked amazing out there....

Holy shit, that Chiefs player hasn't moved at all. I hope he is alright. Ok good, he is up and walking.

Have to admit this is one strange season. Bills are still leading the AFC East, Jets are 3-2 when most expected them to be on track for 0-16. Jets have a huge game against the Pats next week, and that could lead to a major upset If Jets win and win four straight. Raiders are 2-3 when most expected them to be Super Bowl contenders, Giants are falling apart without Tom Coughlin and are still winless through 5 weeks. Jags are 2-0 against the AFC North beating the only two Super Bowl Champions out of that division, JJ Watt still doesn't have a sack and as I typed that he is leaving the field with a injury.

Steelers get beat again next week. And then the Steelers and Bengals get to tear each other apart the following week.

I like our next few weeks, while anything is possible with this team, I'll take the matchups.

Bears, Vikings, Dolphins, Titans

Will be tough @Vikings and I don't like our chances @Titans with Mariota back.

Compared to the NBA, I'm loving how "weird" this season is. Totally reconfirms the meaning of "any given Sunday."

I don't like our chances at MIN at all. Our offense struggles on the road plus we're playing a very good defense. On top of that, Zimmer knows Flacco's tendencies. Despite today's performance, I'd still be surprised if our offense scores more than 10 points.

Man The Chiefs look like, never mind ARE the best team in the NFL. If they hang on for the win, they just better hope they don't do what the Vikings did and falter after starting 5-0.

Chiefs look very good even without berry, I think at some point they will falter but I see them with 13 wins at this point. Post season however ....

They'll probably lose to you guys in Foxboro. The main question is whether that game will be the AFCCG or after the Chiefs have beaten some Wild Card team that never really had a chance at winning the Super Bowl anyway.

The Playoffs are going to be a true wild card this year, it seems like while the Chiefs look like the best team now they usually falter in the playoffs. It really could come down to two teams nobody saw coming playing in Minnesota in SB 52. The NFL could have their equivalent of the unlikely World Series Matchup of Indians vs Cubs last year.
