Yeah absolutely I agree, I don't think it's justified at all to hold it against him in that aspect, especially if QBs don't throw it to you often.

But in all seriousness, we have to remember PFF takes into account coverage, run defense, and penalty into their grades. Jimmy is far from his early run defender self, preferring to be clean up rather than head on attacking like Webb does. He's probably got run defense grades that are pretty weak. I'd be very surprised if his coverage grade weren't top 10.

As far as corners that could be better, I guess you could argue for players like Ramsey, Peters, Sherman (maybe), Talib, Harris Jr, Jenkins, Peterson, Norman, Rhodes, and Hayward. Off the top of my head, that's all I've got.

Maybe that is the reason why, I think Weddle and Jefferson have good coverage grades each but their run grades are pretty underwhelming which is a big reason why they're ranked a low safety tandem.
 
This is off topic but since we are on the topic where can I get a Jimmy Smith Jersey I really want one and I can’t seem to find one on NFL shop

I want him And I wanna get a CJ one once I know he’s signed to an extension I don’t normally like getting a jersey until I know a player will be around awhile... I got a Flacco and Suggs jersey if that shows how picky I am lol
