This is a difficult question for me because I try to switch up my menu often so that I don't get burnt out on particular food.
There was a time when the automatic answer would have been between Fried Chicken wings with Fries or Grilled Steak, Potato au Gratin and asparagus.
A few other favorites bacon-wrapped stuffed jalapenos & steak skewers.

I can't answer for the meals, but here are my top desserts:
1) Tiramisu (my mom's is a killer)
2) Crème Brûlée (french classic)
3) Kouign Amann (it's a brittanic pastry -Brittany is the west region of France- full of sugar and butter but it's too damn good).
