Oh, I might be interested. Who you like then?

an entirely different genre lol. im a metalcore guy, killswitch engage(but with howard jones, fuck jesse leach), parkway drive, a7x, slipknot, etc.
Parkway drive rings a bell, never listened though. Would a7x stand for avenged sevenfold?

harbs needs to stop with hiring the older washed up oc's. hire a young mind and if he gets hired as a hc after 1 year than so be it but at least the one year he is here could be special. marty ball has been painful to watch these past 2 seasons. the only old farts i wouldnt mind hiring is kubs and possibly mike mccoy

You have no idea how many times I've wanted to peak over at a test but looked up at a camera lol. The major changes happened during the end of Obama to public high schools here, by far the worst one is no junk food is allowed to be sold on campus. (No chips, not fruity drinks, no bagels - too high in calories) all that is sold is apples and diet knock off things. I get the thought of fighting child obesity, but kids need to control that shit not high schools. In addition, we use to have this week of play at the end of the year. Now, everything is banned. Dunk tanks and even damn bounce houses are deemed too dangerous and banned.
I mean, you do live in California.

Most of The offensive coordinators in the league are 40 years old and older. There are some that are in their thirties like The 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan(he still a offensive coordinator) , The Jets offensive coordinator John Morton, The Jaguars offensive coordinator Nathaniel Hackett , The Chiefs offensive coordinator Matt Nagy , The Raiders Offensive coordinator Todd Downing, The Bears offensive coordinator Dowell Loggans, and etc.

Unless John Harbaugh is fired then I don't think it would be in The Ravens best interest to yet again hire another offensive coordinator. Hiring another offensive coordinator in my opinion will only set Joe Flacco back . It just means once again the offense is starting over again and players will have to adjust to a new offensive system. I don't think that benefits Joe Flacco or the offense. Marty Morhinweg is only 55 years old and that may not be real young but I don't think he deserves to be put in the suppose old fart category especially not Mike Mccoy who's only forty five years old. I think The Ravens should continue to build with the offensive system they have now. If they can bring in Greg Roman to help with their rushing attack then I don't see how they can't bring in a guy like Bill Lazor, Todd Downing(if he is indeed fired by The Raiders),Rob Chudzinski, and etc as quarterback coaches next year to help with their passing game.

I’d fire Marty and if we didn’t go outside the organization then I’d be ok with Greg Roman because he can build a scheme that is best suited for the team. His scheme in San Fran used spread concepts. This is when Alex Smith finally started playing well. Marty needs to be gone, he is holding Flacco and this offense back

What exactly would we need Marty for in that case?
Just hire me, I'll do it with help on every aspect of the offense and be way cheaper.

The fact that Raiders fans want this guy ASAP is pretty telling when they got talent like Carr, Cooper, Crabtree, and that offensive-line regressing from last season. I want no part of him if that's the case.

Every offensive coordinator needs help and besides I think Joe Flacco needs a good quarterback coach. Even Josh Mcdaniels didn't do too well with out the proper supporting cast coaching staff wise when he was The Rams offensive coordinator.

I don't think that should take away his ability as a quarterback coach . The Raiders had the number 2 ranked offense last year before letting go of their former offensive coordinator Bill Musgrave. Downings had to have been involved in their offensive game planning to give Jack Del Rio the confidence to promote him to offensive coordinator.
