2022 General Draft Thoughts

I think the pick is one of Stingley/Sauce/Hamilton or Jermaine Johnson.

Really depends on what the Jets do at 10th. If they go edge, I think a DB is there for the Ravens at 14th or vice versa.

Right now if I were to do a mock, Jermaine Johnson would be the pick at 14th

Donald was in a lg on his own in college and now in nfl

Given that the edge is really deep this year, they may actually wait till the later rounds. DL is the weakest position group as is OL. My guess is they go DL if none of the top prospects like you mentioned are available. To me, if Sauce, Stingley or Kayvon is available they go that route. Otherwise, they take DL with the first pick. A surprise pick would be WR if the best WR is still available. Nobody is talking about it. Leave it to EDC to go WR-WR-WR with his first round picks.

so many opportunities to get good players right at the top... but we only need 3 QB/WRs to go ahead of us to guarantee at least jordan davis if not someone higher on the board

whoever they draft though, it'll be an elite athlete - that's been a commonality in basically every 1st round pick in a long time - the ravens arent gonna take guys who arent awesome athletes early even if they do have great tape - maybe they dont have to be oweh level freaks but they do have to be hyper-athletic

but it does seem like the dream of derek stingley might be dying just like the travon walker one was just before the combine lol
