2022 General Draft Thoughts

Anyone else think sauce may have better technique than stingley? Stingley looks more fluid ofcourse and def more athletic but i think cause sauce isnt as athletic that he has to rely more on his technique.. still rather have stingley but just saying

i dont - sauce i think has the most lapses with his technique (probably because his great length and athleticism allowed him to get away with it a bit)

of the 2, i think sauce probably has the most moments where his technique falters slightly - sometimes can get caught peeking when he feels comfortable underneath, didn't always sink his hips perfectly when breaking which can delay him getting out of his break a fraction, he can be a bit grabby on double-moves vs athletes

nothing that really worries me at all - had some of the same (not all) notes on jaycee horn last year too

I only like 6”3 cbs on madden but i gotta admit sauce does look a little different than most cbs his height.. i havent watched stingley tape since his freshman year cause i mean we already seen enough lol but i do remember me feeling like he relied on his athleticism too many times.. its not really a problem cause ramsey did and sometimes still does the same thing

So, if just one QB and one WR are in top 13, wich means all the top prospects, including the 2 top CB, JJ and Davis are gone, and no trades avaiable, who do you pick? Karlafts, McDuffie, Wyatt, other?

How can the media be so varied in Walker. There are literally multiple mocks where he goes 1 and there are multiple mocks where he goes between 15 and 20. That doesn't make sense

with no trades available, at that point the best player on my board is probably gonna be a WR tbh - still not sure we take them but that's likely who the BPA is gonna be

and if we're excluding WR then the 2 highest guys on my board are daxton hill and andrew booth jr - feels like that might be too early to pick those guys but those are the next 2 guys on my board grades-wise

karlaftis could definitely be an option - he's someone who if he blows up his pro day in 4 days time could still probably jump up a half-grade on my board which would put him in conversation with booth and hill there
mcduffie doesnt feel like a ravens fit - played mostly zone at washington, has short arms, sub-6' tall, isn't a hyper-athlete - he's a solid, safe, intelligent guy who'd probably be a decent pick but he just doesnt fit the ravens MO
ive seen some with wyatt this high and it just doesnt feel right to me - i get that the testing was great and i get that the senior bowl was amazing and the tape is good - but he definitely doesnt feel like a top half of the 1st round type player to me

where are these mocks where he's going 15-20?
Here's the latest one I saw. This guy has Hamilton going one overall lol. This should just be dismissed. But there were others too I've seen a few days ago.

interesting - if you see any more let me know...
the sense i get from all the "sources" i trust seem to all consistently have him in the top 10 and lots in the top 5

Worst case scenario we take Karlafts or Booth. I can live with it...

wtf is that drill and who is making them run it lol?
dont they normally get coaches from actual nfl teams to run these drills for these prospects normally? why isnt there an OL coach from a pro team running these workouts lol... and if there is - why are they still an OL coach for a pro team?
