i think they're all clever enough (especially the bad ones), to realise that they're probably in a rebuild and that next year's class is much better at QB
the texans probably dont think mills is a potential franchise starter but they lose very little by improving the team around him, seeing if they havent found a stud for cheap and if it doesnt work out, put themselves in prime position to take one of the top QBs in a much better QB class in 2023
no way the texans or falcons spend a 1st rounder on a QB, the lions might - but if they do i bet it's at 32, the commanders might but it would be an odd decision to bring in wentz and a rookie
the overall sentiment around the league is that this QB class sucks... obviously it only takes one team to convince themselves for one to go but it just seems unlikely
