Good for him he's in Cincy. If he was a Raven, he'd have only couple preseason games to his name.
It's absolutely nuts how a player like Eifert goes through college with three straight years being injury free and then hits the NFL and it's a major injury almost every year.

True he was “traded”, but it wasn’t because the Ravens wanted to trade him. They couldn’t get a deal worked out for an extension($) so rather than just releasing him they were able to get the late round picks from Detroit. Bottom line is he isn’t a Raven now because he knew he could get more $ elsewhere than the Ravens were willing to, or could afford to pay.
This is true, but it was the right time to trade him, He has been a shell of himself ever since leaving here. Yes he’s started the year pretty well this year, but he’s still not the same.

to be fair to him, we gave him that contract - its not his fault that we put a load of money into his last year and then didnt want to pay - ill never begrudge a guy getting his money
I agree. The average NFL career is 2.3 years. You can’t begrudge a player for wanting more money to provide for his family.

still think the loss of ngata on the tails of the aweful joejoe deal is what has sunken the ravens to where we are. we have some good players but not well drafted players. we are not pickin up the talent we need with our top picks and that has to change or we get more years like we are experiencing
