I'm not even worried in the slightest. I already accepted it and denying it just delays the inevitable (again IMO).The fact we’ve heard no peep is a little worrying

I keep seeing Martindale being mentioned. How good of a candidate is he in comparison to the likes of Pagano, Fangio etc?
I’ve liked Fangio a lot over the years. Great defensive mind. Too bad Wade Phillips isn’t available. He’d find a way to get pressure.2006-2009, I believe, for Fangio, and there's the obvious Harbaugh connection. I think he'd be a huge addition.
Welcome back and happy new year.not sure how i feel about the retirement of Pees. As much as i liked him most of the time, there is a serious serious habit of blowing late leads or not being able to get key stops when necessary. Not all of that can be on the players when its happened with so many different ones.
I have fuzzy memories of Pagano, but he didnt ever get us to the promised land. And while it can be argued it was talent, his defenses in Indy have been absolutely atrocious. I'd probably be indifferent until proven otherwise.
My preference would probably be Teryl Austin if we go outside. I really wanted to keep him around, and think he does have what it takes (with the right talent) to be a very good coordinator.
I also wouldnt hate promoting Roman to OC and bringing in Fangio.... try to reignite some of that magic from their SF days under a Harbaugh. There would be stiff competition from Shanahan and the 49ers for his services though.
I think he just wasn't ready this year. He was a fantastic prospect and has amazing physical tools. I think if we give him a year to adjust to the speed of the NFL, he'll make a jump.Just because I’m very personally invested in his growth because of how highly I rated him on my board, I might at some point this offseason go back and see if I can watch every snap and see what I liked/disliked and whether after all that I still feel like my gripe was still about his usage or whether it was disappointing progression by Timmy (or whether he just wasn’t ready yet)
Well, remember those SF defenses were crushing it with pass rushers. I prefer Fangio for the one gap scheme, but I think he could be a strong HC candidate.I’ve liked Fangio a lot over the years. Great defensive mind. Too bad Wade Phillips isn’t available. He’d find a way to get pressure.
I would be thoroughly disappointed, but it'd definitely be good for the sake of continuity.IMO prepared to be disappointed because I get this gut feeling that the hiring of Martindale is inevitable.
GOOD. I'M SO HYPED. I LOVED PAGANOWell then..........

The Ravens have spoken to former Indianapolis Colts head coach Chuck Pagano, trying to lure him back to Baltimore to be the defensive coordinator, per colleague @MikePrestonSun. Ravens have other options, but he appears to be their focus at this point.
Well then..........

He was our D.C. For one season and that was sizzles DPOY season and the last time we had a truly dominant defense, and we fell short of the SB because of lee Evans and billy cuntsniff. There's no way you can hold anything against pagano as a potential D.C. Candidatenot sure how i feel about the retirement of Pees. Like someone else said, he doesn't have a ton of history to refer to, but the simple fact that they want to promote an in house candidate coupled with the fact that they never fired Pees suggests that Martindale would be the sort of guy who would maintain the status quo.I keep seeing Martindale being mentioned. How good of a candidate is he in comparison to the likes of Pagano, Fangio etc?
This is awesome newsGOOD. I'M SO HYPED. I LOVED PAGANO
