The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly: Week 16 Edition

Just going to enjoy the win and move on to Cincinnati. Have to say though, the really, really ugly was watching the post game show and Deion showing complete disrespect to our team and Flacco in particular. The host asked if we could make a deep run and started talking up Blake Bortles and Alex Smith saying we can't beat the Chiefs, I'll give him the Jaguars because their defense is incredible this year. Though to say we couldn't pull off some upsets, when we've been the only team in the AFC to compete with the Pats everytime we play them in January, and actually go into Foxboro in January and win.

To discredit Flacco's playoff success while trying to talk up Alex Smith and Blake Bortles was ridiculous.

Silently Joe has played like a top 5 quarterback the past four weeks, and markedly improved since the middle of the season. Too bad the rest of the team has gotten weaker. This defense surprisingly seems weaker than the offense now , and while four good weeks of offense is enough for me to say they’ve turned the corner , I still don’t think it’s built to win shootouts.

But Joe has looked stellar in the past two weeks especially, impressive given the state of the offense.

Even LT was essentially not saying anything, even when the host asked if Baltimore was the team that the Pats, Steelers and Jags don't want to face in the playoffs. Still nothing, at least give me that and I'd be happy. That was just far beyond the whole we enjoy being the under dogs, let them doubt us. It was just downright disrespect.
 
Yeah even though the defense was a let down I'm very happy that we won and I'll take the W. I'm just worried about how they will fare against better personnel later on.
 
I just hope Maclin can return and make a big impact. His contributions are going to be relied upon soon. He had a nice 22 Yard gain against Cleveland before he left the game. Mike Wallace has benefited big time from Joe's resurgence, I just hope Maclin can find his groove back as well.

LT did half heartedly say the Ravens would be the team the Jags, Steele’s and Pats would fear the most of the other teams.

This is what I was saying earlier lol I couldn’t believe it every time the host tried to talk about the ravens he would almost roll his eyes and try and change the subject it kind of annoyed me lol
 
I just couldn’t believe the disrespect they threw out way and I know Joe didn’t play the best over the first part of the season but the host tried to bring up his stats since the bye and they pretty much disregarded them and threw more shade at Joe lol
 
The good: My seats. Two rows in front of me were soaked. I was dry as can be.

The jumbo screens are amazing.

The bad: lots of idiots in my section.

The ugly: I about pooped my pants when Koch's punt was blocked. When is the last time that happened?

Rant over let us fly under the radar I like it more like that I think even with the injuries we’ve had we can make some noise and this team has some great young talent we should be good for years to come I think we really compete the next 3
