He probably had a one yr contract which is normal for position coaches. Not all of them, but many of them.
 
we had better not fucking let roman leave...
harbs said they werent changing any of the offensive staff... that had better include roman - ill literally blow my top if roman is allowed to leave while marty stays
 
When we put up the most points in the AFC over the last few games, how many of those points came from defense, and how good were the defenses we were playing against? It’s kind of a rhetorical question, because I don’t remember playing many good teams over the last few games, let alone good defenses. I could be wrong though.

So Bisciotti is perfectly OK with us consistently missing out on the playoffs. Superb! The whole thing is a farce.

I didn't bother watching, just waited for some of the comments to come out on Twitter because I knew what he'd say. Bisciotti clearly doesn't possess any balls either.

Which is odd because he used too. Seems like everyone in the front office forgot that this is a business.
 
Whatever though. When Steve sees his seats are empty, maybe he will grow a pair and take some action.
 
So let me get this straight:

We're in a win and we're in scenario and the team plays uninspiring football. Marty's bullshit fake FB toss play is saved by Alex Collins, literally running the opposite way of the field because it was snuffed out the moment Joe hiked the ball. We lose to a team with a losing record with literally our season on the line. All of this added up, and we take zero action. Literally, ZERO. Pees retired. Knowing how loyal Harbaugh is, we probably would've kept him as well. I'm just failing to understand what's going on with this organization right now.
