Not implying anything here. Btw he's pretty old and has had no intention of going back to coaching for years. I'm just saying he kept it real while harbaugh is like an extension of this hot air crap that kevin byrne throws at us.

i know what you mean with harbs but i dont think its true
but im with you i fucking hate kevin byrne so much (i dont care how respected he is with the media or whatever) everything he says creeps me out and makes me think the organisation is being run by reactive dinosaurs
 
I don’t think we’re there yet but we’re getting close. At some point it’s going to come down to Ozzie and John. Either John isn’t coaching the guys up or Ozzie isn’t getting him the talent to coach up. I don’t work for the Ravens so it’s tough to say but you have to feel like this is a joint failure here. I mean with Perriman, Maxx Williams, Kaufusi haven’t done much up to this point so hopefully something big happens with two of those guys else that 2015 draft will be up there with 2013 and 2010. We aren’t hitting with our top picks as much as we should and that is a real issue here because that’s your core. It’s great we hit on day 3 picks but those are extra credit—last I checked, extra credit won’t get you a passing grade in school alone.

Joe, Ozzie and Harbaugh must all improve or there’s gotta be a change at some point soon.

Great hearing from you Grim. Haven’t seen you on the boards much. Not sure why you bunched Kaufusi in wirh Perriman and Max. Kaufusi was in the 2016 draft class.

Oh yeah. I got my drafts mixed up there. That was Carl Davis, another guy who really hasn’t done a whole lot up until now. These missed 2nd and 3rd round picks are killing us. Yeah I’ve been really busy I haven’t had time to post only read. I had to take a break from this place. I’ll look into it when the time comes

I'd hire Matt LaFluer
"But Lost, the Titans offense is horrible"
Mariota is not a good QB and they don't have a good fit for the running game not named Dion Lewis. Stanley is the future of the line and hopefully he's okay. Brown isn't a good fit at RT in that scheme which makes me somewhat hesitant, but I'd honestly keep Roman on anyways, especially since I think he could coexist with him. Might as well, you know. Try

I havent seen a lot of encouraging things from matt lafleur tbh

DeFilippo will be the number 1 HC candidate for many teams this offseason
i think unfortunately for most teams it will be a straight up fight for him between Cleveland, Arizona and NYJ

our best chance is this offseason - the prospect of 4 years of Lamar Jackson to mould for cheap cap hits would be the best enticement this team can create for an offensive coach in a short period of time

I agree. Change it all. 4 cheap years of jackson, find out if he has it. Get rid of the bloated contacts hopefully for a couple draft picks... any of joe, jimmy, weddle, yanda, suggs, williams, jefferson etc and sign players that suit lamars strength on offense and that have speed and aggression on defense
