The 2022 Offseason Thread

if this is true - and brian's normally on top of these things, then ojabo will have to be on the initial 53 and then i/r'ed in order to be available later in the season...

i completely blanked that he wasnt put on the PUP list (maybe to do with the shenanigans with his contract???)

jamison hensley sucks lol - never seems to actually listen to the pressers he attends and sensationalises a ton - just asked rob leonard the exact same question someone earlier in the presser asked

Bro, there's only ONE Ravens reporter we acknowledge in these streets.

"Rookie tackle Daniel Faalele walked off the field and left practice early. Head Coach John Harbaugh was not available to the media, so there was no update on Faalele."

Probably not that serious if he walked off. Might just be a conditioning thing or illness.

From recent practice reports, it seems like they are trying to replace Hollywood's deep threat with Duvernay. That's obviously the logical thing to do if you don't bring in Fuller, but Duv has to improve tremendously or it's gonna be ugly.

Over the last couple years, a large percentage of Lamar's interceptions have been on passes deep down the field to Duvernay. This is usually because Duvernay had no chemistry whatsoever with Lamar and was never even close to the right place.

For all of our sakes if we're going this route, please God Duv be better than the last 2 years

Do we think this team can win a superbowl? I think it's pretty safe to say we'll make the playoffs, but just think about it. With as strong as the AFC is right now, the first round of the playoffs could be against KC, Buffalo, LA, Cincy, Denver, or Tennessee. I wouldn't say there was a single team in that group that you could be sure you'd beat.

Then in a lower but still very real tier, you could have Vegas, NE, Miami, Indy, Pittsburgh and Cleveland. All of these teams, I think you'd feel good about playing but I don't really expect any of these teams will be playing in the post seaaon.

It's just crazy, the only teams in the AFC you can truly count out are the Jets, Jaguars, and Texans.

Likewise, all those teams can't be sure they'll beat us.

I bet nobody wants us in the playoffs.
