I think they have him to replace Levine. PP on punt defense and a handful of snaps each game
and i think if he embraces that role on special teams then we've lucked into something awesome there
because TJ does have value as a dime as well as being a backup safety
and that's completely separate to the way he leads in the locker room - i think the defence was missing some of that vocal emotional leadership last year with pernell and brandon sidelined a fair amount and on the way out it kind of left all that to calais
and with TJ (only) 30 yrs old, i think he's a great replacement for levine
