I mean it might not even be strength, the way he throws it just isn’t going to drive the ball well regardless so maybe his arm is fine, but he either needs to change his throwing motion to drive the ball or increase his arm strength, or heck why notHe needs to hit the weight room for sure if they’re going to run him and for him to survive in general. I don’t want him to gain too much and make him slower but enough to absorb hits in and out of the pocket. Arm strength? I feel like he has the arm strength—he just isn’t or wasn’t very accurate throwing deep. I’ll go back and look though maybe I’m wrong
Both? And just a little extra padding for the hits he’s going to take, even if he doesn’t run the ball 25 times a week he’s going to get hit a lot.
