that quick passing game is a killer. Certainly hoping we can limit it.
their problem is that rashee rice and xavier worthy are the key parts of their quick passing game so with both out their gameplan kind of fell apart on Friday night

If opponents can stuff Henry, whip the OLine, shut down the TE"s and still get torched by Lamar launching moon balls to DHop & Tez, we'll be scoring 40 all year.

... and our defense plays as well as they did yesterday, cuz they pretty much set us up for success. I think we had 1 TD drive over 40 yards.
But yeah, DHop and Tez are formidable deep threats.

Not on the edge but if Mads keeps playing like this, that's an elite inside rusher the other guys can complement around.

and the run game should only get stronger as the OL gel into the season
won't be many better defensive fronts to face in the NFL than the Browns either...
and funnily enough we had big bounce-back games from Rosengarten and Faalele in pass pro (faalele did not have a good game as a run blocker) - and Stanley struggled with the Myles Garrett assignment this week
they might not all be consistently amazing, but we've got enough guys now that can cover for each other if one of them has an off day - only guy we can't replace is zay flowers right now

I just wanna put this here because it's where it belongs.
Lamar is the greatest player to come out of his draft class. He has been utterly mismanaged by our team that drafted him. I was on the opposing side when he came up for resigning after his rookie deal. I thought he was more valuable as a trade because I didn't think we knew how to really use him under Harbs.
I love Harbs the person. I hate him as the HC of Lamar and this team. I also hate Harbs as the manager of the DC. Orr is likely a great guy - as many state, but we can't keep saying how great everyone is and continue to be sub par.

Don’t wanna make excuses for the guy cause he played terrible yesterday. But first 2 games of the season with Oline issues he was playing elite ball. He gets injured he’s come back and he’s not
playing good ball, so I think it’s injuries.
That being said he defo has a tendency to get flustered when the game goes off script.

Lamar isn't playing bad but he is not playing like Lamar. He is playing average atm. Joe Flacco level of play, which isn't bad. Yes, you can win with him.

Not going to get criticism for those. Will 100% get criticism for yet another ridiculous turnover that's 100% his fault, and for the fact that he seemingly has never run a two minute drill in his life.
