Yeah James Urban probably deserves some credit too for how he has Huntley and Anthony Brown prepared during this back to back face off with The Bengals defense.

Agreed. Still don’t think he’s the solution but has to make you wonder if that shoulder was the biggest issue all along. Ultimately a big reason for our loss, but also a key reason we were in the fight.

think it was the steelers win that Harbs made a point of saying to Urban that that was one of the best coached games he's ever seen (referring to Urban's work with the 2 QBs)

Actually, our entire season was exactly the same. It's like they never sat in the room or practiced on the field together and then new OC came in.

the tough thing is that we really were the better team
and that was kind of unexpected

but in classic 2022 ravens fashion, we have to find a way to lose

very few games this year we lost where we werent the better team
 
I know this is a meltdown thread, so sorry for ruining the mood:

I'm actually happy with the game. The team played hard, the defense was awesome all day. The game was close throughout and quite fun to watch. So they lost, but I can't complain as it probably should have been a lot worse.

Anyway, my short takes after burning off my adrenalin shoveling off wet snow off my driveway:
Truly a game of inches
1) The fumble bouncing to Hubbard instead of Edwards
2) Stone inches from blocking the punt
3) Proche inches from getting a gift at the end

Just one of those could have change how the game ended
Now, breakfast, walk the dogs and then off for work. I'm surely going to me massively productive today :)

And go S.F. Purdies the rest of the playoffs.
 
I don’t mind running out the clock at the end because they were close to red zone with two timeouts. They were betting on getting a quick TD and not leaving Burrow time. What I didn’t like was the run call from the 20 yard line that caused the holding penalty and set them back.
