Ravens Ring of Honor
So a public execution is in cards . Exciting
Dobbins isn't going anywhere. This talk of parting ways with these players is simply ridiculous. They have many more attempts left in their careers. I think it's bs to suggest that we will be parting ways with either this offseason or next.
Edwards could easily be someone's RB1. We need an Edwards kind of power back, but 6 mil for an RB2 just isn't gonna cut it, especially if Lamar is getting Re-signed.Dobbins isn't going anywhere.
There's a 0% chance Edwards is back at his current contract/salary level. If he's back, it'll be at a reduction.
I don't think this team would have any problem finding an Edwards replacement on day 3 of the draft or even from an UDFA.
I'm not sure this is accurate. I believe it's just an option.
btw, I didn't realize Greg Roman was the assistant OL coach back in 2006 and 2007. He was fired when Harbaugh was hired.
Yeah I don't think Edwards is close to being anybody's RB1. That team would have one of the worst RB situations in the league if so.Edwards could easily be someone's RB1. We need an Edwards kind of power back, but 6 mil for an RB2 just isn't gonna cut it, especially if Lamar is getting Re-signed.
BOOBY SLOWIKWe are paying him $3.5M to call crappy plays at the wrong time? Yeah save some money, decline his club option and bring in someone younger and cheaper.
Go Jags!I mean where could we go as Ravens fans? Who would embrace the children of suck.
The Bears?
We letting roman goSo is this Roman thing kind of analogous to a 5th year option? They can pick up that year if they want or let him walk?
I believe that too. I'm just asking what this "option" meansWe letting roman go
My biggest concern with Roman is that he hasn’t adapted through the struggles. The on field talent hid the issues early in his tenure but they’ve become very apparent the last 2 years when the OL sucked in 2021 and the pass catchers in 2022Honestly if The Ravens decided to keep Roman I wouldn't really be all that mad. Last year was his first bad year as a Ravens coordinator. I agree that it may be time to move on though but we shall see
