eh, it's a division game that should always be competitive no matter who either team puts on the field. Given all of the offensive weapons we have and the way the D played yesterday we should be fine, just have to execute much better.Playing Cincy on the road after they just got blown out by another division rival when we could at worst be missing Marlon, Andrews, Dobbins, Williams, Stanley, and Linderbaum sounds like a nightmare
It’s fine they’re missing some guys… oh wait, nope they don’t have any injuries and even have a thread talking about how the Browns and Ravens sustained key injuries and they didn’t. Fuck them, they’re so luckyPlaying Cincy on the road after they just got blown out by another division rival when we could at worst be missing Marlon, Andrews, Dobbins, Williams, Stanley, and Linderbaum sounds like a nightmare
Not definite information from the organization but hopeful info
I'm convinced the Bengals players don't have ligaments or bonesIt’s fine they’re missing some guys… oh wait, nope they don’t have any injuries and even have a thread talking about how the Browns and Ravens sustained key injuries and they didn’t. Fuck them, they’re so lucky
And they won’t get it if Stanley and Tyler are outThought Lamar was pretty accurate
made some bone headed plays (carelessness) but I chalk that up to rust. He probably should have used his legs alittle more.
That throw to Zay and Odell up the sidelines was a thing of beauty.
I don't think it's time to worry about the O-line yet. They need time.
I think Ro is going to get this team fired up for the Bengals. That man was on a mission in the WC game. He’s bringing the big dick energy to Cinci again and we got Lamar this time. Lamar shook that rust off in week 1 so you know he’s going to go offPlaying Cincy on the road after they just got blown out by another division rival when we could at worst be missing Marlon, Andrews, Dobbins, Williams, Stanley, and Linderbaum sounds like a nightmare
Surprised there isn’t an update yet on anyone besides JK.
Injuries are obviously the drain here, but some positives to pull out as well.
Offense looked to be largely rust. When the OL was operating efficiently, so was the offense as a whole.
Very curious to see how the Monken offense progresses. Felt very scripted today even beyond Flowers. Hope there’s some opening up in there because we need to be able to pump the ball vertically as well.
Defense was pretty damn good outside of the penalties. I was quite impressed by the pass rush as a whole. Oweh in particular may not show in the stat book, but he and Tunsil were having some really good battles all game.
Secondary was also good considering. Stephens and Darby both played very well I thought. Also another position where I’m curious where they go from here. The 3 S looks were nice but with Williams down, Hamilton might be stuck playing a more traditional S role. Felt like we were more effective with him in the slot than Ar’Darius… not that he played poorly though by any means.
I've been saying this for years and yet the team makes changes for prevention and it still keeps happening ..don't know what to make of it
I just cannot believe (or handle) that Melvin Gordon is going to play snaps for this team...![]()
Let my man stand there with a helmet in his hand all game. Only time you get to consider putting it on is if one of the other dudes gets hurt.i didnt think id be missing keaton mitchell lol
im hoping that we're just gonna ride hill and gus and gordon's just there as RB3
Before he was even drafted at thatlets talk about the good news
We have a beast in Zay Flowers!
I hope we dnt force those screens every week. Nice to see that we actually have that in our game though. It gives defenses something to worry aboutOnly One game in, but he seems damn near uncoverable. I love they made a concerted efforts to get him heavily involved
I just hope its a competitive gamePlaying Cincy on the road after they just got blown out by another division rival when we could at worst be missing Marlon, Andrews, Dobbins, Williams, Stanley, and Linderbaum sounds like a nightmare
I know he's been a popular whipping boy, but Brandon Stephens played some big boy football today. Seeing some repeat clips on socials and he was out there laying the wood.
