So today was the very first Ravens game I've ever been to. I gotta tell ya, the atmosphere was freakin' fantastic!
-Folks, when Lamar took the field for the first possession on offense, the crowd got hyped.
-A few of the fans I was sitting with agreed with why the fuck is Hurst and Andrews not getting more snaps. Fuck you coaches.
-Pass rush is nonexistent.
-When the jumbrotron showed #52 in the skybox with Biscotti, the crowd went NUTS!
-Where was Buck Allen?
-We were DREADING that final possession by the Bengals. Thank you Humphrey!
As for Lamar, he'll go through some growing pains, but I'm so glad I got to witness his first career start live. As for the conservative playbook, I remember the Seahawks doing something similar with Wilson. So perhaps, they're doing something like that with Lamar. I expect him to throw more against OAK next week, but patience is the key. Prior to his INT, the fan I was sitting next to was happy we had no turnovers. I told her not to jinx it. INT happened. She looked at me with much disappointment and goes "Is there like a Ravens jail that I need to go to?" I told her, "Nah. I got something BETTER than that. To the Pit of Misery you go. Dilly dilly!" You already know the deal...
