The Lamar, The Defence and a case of the Dropsies

I honestly don’t know if we’re a good team or not.

Week 1: Beat a rookie QB playing his first NFL game.

Week 2: Win a close one against a struggling bengals team.

Week 3: Lost to a backup QB in Minshew.

Week 3: Beat a backup rookie QB 5th rounder.

Week 4: Lost to an injured Pickett.

We above .500, but it feels like a lot of empty calories
We played who's on our schedule. The QB situation of each the teams we go up against is not in our control.

Despite the drops and him falling on his ass, Zay still looks like the real deal. Never really had a guy that could get open like he can consistently. Hollywood had some moments but Zay is different. Hopefully just a bad day at the office. I believe it is.
i think it absolutely is just a bad day and if a bad day can be 5 rec / 73 yards so be it. but damn it could have been so much more and possibly 100 yards more

He's damn good a very possibly a true number 1.

Only we could ruin a Rashod Bateman tier prospect. Thank God we have Zay because previously it was Bate, Hollywood, and Perriman sprinkled with our favorite supporting cast of Miles Boykin, Devin Duvernay, and James Proche. Jesus christ

You mention Hollywood Brown like he was a bust or something .

Hill is so frustrating. Already in his rookie season, he showed flashes and has continued to do so throughout. But the number of fumbles he has been involved in is starting to get silly. And the injuries aren't helping. He may be super-shifty and look awesome at times, but time to realize he cannotbe trusted. A real shame, though

If we miss playoffs, does Stevie B fire Harbs?
Gonna be interesting, I know I can get irrational after a loss and I’ll even throw out things I know are somewhat reactionary just to gauge the overall sentiment and loft opinions I know will start accumulating out in the ether..But, I am so tired of dropping games to inferior opponents and I hate (but expect) that it happens every single year. It almost seems like Harbaugh’s strengths come through more when Lamar goes down, or maybe we’re just more enamored with games still being close without Lamar and with Huntley (or others). He always keeps games close and we rarely get blown out, I really love him and appreciate him but idk, these two losses in close succession have been so careless, we really have underperformed expectations with Lamar we cannot afford to squander this opportunity before us right now with a seemingly weaker division (but I bet It’s a close race).

If we miss the playoffs entirely he could be gone

I appreciate his growth but he is not Dobbins, he is not a true RB1 and it’s a shame we can’t pair a deadly talent with Lamar.

The fumbles truly are out of control
