The Lions visit the Cowboys tonight for a big NFC showdown. Dallas at home is a lot different than who they are on the road but given the Dallas defense has been vulnerable lately, it wouldn't surprise me if the Lions won.

I think the idea is that teams want to give a guy at least three years at HC. Even if it doesn't look good you don't want to be the team known for firing coaches before they even get a chance to turn a team around. Makes it hard to get a top candidate.
