I enjoyed listening that bit. Roster stuff - we all knew what he'll say even before the presser.

anyone ever here the interview he gave a couple yrs ago, to downing or mink, where he talked about being a young boy and putting together a draft board. it was very interesting and very difficult considering it wasn't that easy to get information.
 
Matt Weiss is our new RB coach. He worked previously as an assistant coach on our staff

From vague memory I think he’s been working mainly with the rbs anyway

Edit: I was wrong it was qbs and wrs he’s spent most of his time with Baltimore helping with

A lot of his role has been associated with analytics

Weiss has previously worked with the WRs, QBs, DBs and LBs, in addition to game management i.e advising Harbs on challenges, 4th down decisions...

What I didn’t realise is apparently he’s been with the organisation for 10 years but only been part of the coaching team for the last 3 - anyone know what he did before then?

Among other duties as the head coach’s assistant, Weiss broke down opponent tendencies, created opponent scouting reports and assisted with the secondary. Later on Db and LB assistant coach before he transitioned to the offense in 2016 when Marty joined us

honestly vic fangio is not the most inspiring winner of that award lol - he was fine but he also had an elite group of players fall into his lap...

wink or freddie kitchens were probably more deserving...

and tbh i think frank reich was robbed of Coach of the year
